Our Approach

Credentials you can trust.

Sleep is continuously evolving with time. As newborns and infants, we spend nearly 12-16 hours sleeping. Adolescents tend to sleep less, averaging 8-10 hrs/night and gravitate towards late night schedules. Adults generally average 7 hrs of sleep a night. Getting 7 hrs of sleep a night for many of us seems impossible.
Sleep Deprivation is very prevalent in our communities and is associated with attention problems, learning problems, increased risk of accidents, Hypertension, Obesity, Diabetes and Depression.
Besides total sleep time, many other factors can impact your sleep quality including mood, diet, exercise (or lack thereof) and substance intake (i.e. alcohol, caffeine, THC/CBD, smoking).

Our approach to your care is understanding you holistically.

We like to provide care from beginning till you see an improvement. Our primary goal is to improve your daytime functionality and your quality of life. During consultation, we identify potential issues that may be impacting your sleep negatively. It is generally followed by diagnostic testing (if needed). Treatment follows shortly thereafter.

  • We strive to have PAP compliance rates > 80%
  • Having an equipment team on-site allows for better coordination, timely identification of problems, rapid correction of equipment failures.
  • We employ 2 full-time sleep technologists to assist with any patient related PAP issues. Most patients initially present with poor mask fit, air leaks or pressure intolerance complaints.
