... and using telemedicine for patient visit

If you have a visit scheduled with us your appointment will still happen at the same time.
We will contact you to help set up telemedicine, which we are using due to COVID-19 concerns.

Telemedicine will replace all non-essential in-office visits with sleep medicine providers.

Please email (jenny@completesleepsolutions.com) a picture (front and back) of your insurance card and identification (drivers license) prior to your appointment.

Please complete the Sleep Questionaire Form prior to your scheduled visit.

What's telemedicine?

Telemedicine is when a medical practice uses technology to deliver care at a distance. It's a live interaction between a provider and patient, providing a virtual alternative to an in-person office visit.

Who can use telemedicine? Anyone who:

  • has an existing appointment
  • need a new patient visit or follow-up visit
  • has a reliable internet/phone connection
  • has an iPhone/Android, laptop, computer, or iPad with working camera
